Salary: Actual salary: £23,396 + 5% stakeholder pension contribution
Equivalent to scale point 32 (£27,052 full time equivalent)
Hours: 32 per week (flexible)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed manager to lead the generalist advice service at Farnborough CAB. Directly responsible for a team of 3 paid staff and over 50 volunteers, you will need ongoing experience of advice work, and a commitment to maintaining quality of advice standards.
This post requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, to ensure effective support to others, and facilitate successful team working.
